Control features

Conscious Protection

If the device stays inactive for five minutes, it locks automatically. To unlock Plonq Meta Smart, solve a simple logic task.

Puff Control

Set limits for puff count and session length. The device will let you know when you go over them.

Session mode

A session lasts 15 puffs or six minutes. After that, the device locks for 10 minutes. You can adjust the session to anywhere from one to 20 puffs or from one to 10 minutes.

What is Plonq Meta Smart?

Plonq Meta Smart is a smart POD-system designed to help you track your nicotine use.

At the start, choose a goal—manage your nicotine use or quit completely. The device analyses your data, builds a plan and helps you stay with it.

Plonq Meta Smart works with replaceable cartridges, sold separately.

How does the Plonq Meta Smart app work?

Sync Plonq Meta Smart with the app via Bluetooth to unlock advanced statistics. You will see detailed data by day of the week and session length, and get extra control features such as Find Device.

How does the Nicotine Index work?

The Nicotine Index (NI) shows your individual level of relative nicotine saturation—in other words, how much nicotine you use per day. It is based on several factors:

  • your selected power level

  • how often you use the device

  • your average puff count and puff length
    ‍

Start using Plonq Meta Smart as your regular POD-system. The Nicotine Index becomes active once the device has gathered enough data to analyse your usage.

How soon will I see my Nicotine Index on screen?

Usually after one to two days of regular use. The Nicotine Index is most accurate when Plonq Meta Smart is your only source of nicotine.

Do I use the device while it is charging?

We do not recommend using the device while it is charging, as this may cause unnecessary heating.

How quickly will Plonq Meta Smart help me quit smoking?

Choose the goal Quit Smoking and use Plonq Meta Smart as your only nicotine device. After analysing your habit, Plonq AI creates a personalised plan for a gradual transition.

The process is designed to be gradual and usually takes six to 12 weeks, depending on your current habit. After that, your progress depends on your results: the device updates the plan each week based on how you are doing.

Do the control modes still work if I have already chosen a goal?

Yes. Choosing a goal and following a plan does not limit your use of Session mode, Conscious Protection or Puff Control. These features may help you reach your goal faster.

Do I change or turn off the goal later?

Yes. Cancel the current goal and choose a new one in Settings. The new goal is based on your current usage pattern.

I plan to use nicotine-free E-liquid. Will this affect the Nicotine Index?

Plonq Meta Smart does not identify the type of E-liquid in use. The Nicotine Index measures your saturation level against your past device usage, not against the liquid in the cartridge. Sessions with nicotine-free E-liquid are therefore analysed in the same way as sessions with nicotine-containing E-liquid.

Do I change the colour of the Nicotine Index circle?

No. The colour changes automatically based on your nicotine saturation level.

  • White means your saturation level is low and you may continue using the device

  • Yellow means moderate saturation and shows that you are staying on plan

  • Red means oversaturation — it is time to stop

How do I unlock the device?

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Start below the date and time: a bar will appear and you need to pull it upward.

Are Plonq Meta Lite cartridges compatible with Plonq Meta Smart?

Yes. Plonq Meta Pods cartridges are designed for devices across the Plonq Meta range.

Does the POD-system need charging?

Yes. Use a standard Type-C cable. The device has a 1 000 mAh battery capacity and reaches a full charge in 40 minutes thanks to Rapid charging.

Is the device covered by a warranty?

Yes. The device includes a three-month warranty from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Register for the warranty programme to extend the cover to six months. Scan the QR code inside the packaging or follow the link.
