The Choice Is Yours

Both refillable and prefilled Plonq PODs are compatible only with Plonq Meta POD systems.

1. Check that the POD is fitted securely;

2. Make sure the device is charged and switched on;

3. Inspect the contacts on both the device and the POD, and wipe them carefully with a dry tissue if needed;

4. Make sure the POD is not damaged and contains E-liquid.

A POD may leak for several reasons:
‍

1. Changes in temperature or pressure, for example during transport or in hot weather;

2. Damaged silicone seals;

3. Storage in a horizontal or upside-down position;

4. Blocked airflow on the back of the device during use;

5. Overfilling the POD.
   ‍

Remove the POD, wipe the contacts and the body, and make sure the seals are intact. Store the device upright, avoid overheating and shaking, and keep the POD filled to no more than two-thirds of its total volume.

The exact number is difficult to define. It depends on individual use, including device mode, puff strength and puff duration. Use the 4 ml volume as your main reference.

1. Take the Plonq POD and open the silicone plug on the refill port;

2. Prepare the E-liquid; the recommended PG/VG ratio is 50/50;

3. Refill carefully, filling the POD to no more than two-thirds of its capacity;

4. Close the silicone plug tightly;

5. Place the POD upright and leave it for 10 minutes so the coil fully absorbs the E-liquid;

6. After 10 minutes, insert the POD and start using it.

We recommend Plonq Liquid. If you prefer another brand, check the PG/VG ratio—50/50 is the optimal option. You can find it on the packaging or ask a sales assistant.

There are several common reasons:
‍

1. The soaking time was not observed: after refilling, wait at least 10 minutes so the coil fully absorbs the E-liquid;

2. The POD has reached the end of its service life and needs replacing;

3. The E-liquid is unsuitable: a 50/50 PG/VG ratio is recommended, while sweet and dessert flavours may wear the coil out faster;

4. The E-liquid has frozen: if the POD was exposed to cold, let it warm up to room temperature before use;

5. The POD was used without enough E-liquid: if it was stored horizontally or upside down, place it upright with the mouthpiece facing up for a few minutes before use;

6. Puffs are too short and too frequent: use medium-length puffs at a calm breathing pace, leaving around 5 seconds between them.

Plonq refillable PODs are available across all resistance options in the following formats:

• 2 ml with bottom refill

• 2 ml with side refill

• 5 ml with side refill

To extend POD life, follow these rules:
‍

1. Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from sunlight and water;

2. Do not leave a filled POD unused for long periods;

3. Store it upright, with the mouthpiece facing up.

1. Reduced intensity: the flavour becomes less vivid and vapour volume drops noticeably;

2. A burnt taste: a clear burnt note means the POD has reached the end of its life and should be replaced.
